Dr. Li was born in Beijing, China but grew up in Thailand, where she spent many memorable summers snorkeling, riding banana boats and collecting seashells at the beach. What she loved the most was riding elephants in the jungle!

Dr. Li had a strong foundation in the medical sciences as she spent her first two years of dental school taking courses and rotations with medical students. This experience has led her to be vigilant about screening for medical conditions, such as sleep apnea and acid reflux, in her patients. She is a firm believer that oral health is connected to overall health.

As a board-certified pediatric dentist, Dr. Li is a strong believer in life-long learning, taking a hundred hours of continuing education every year. Dr. Li has a special interest in minimally invasive dentistry, where treatment can be rendered without shots or drilling! Dr. Li was previously an attending at Mount Sinai School of Medicine/BronxCare Health System, where she trained new pediatric dentists.

In her own words:

"As a pediatric dentist, nothing brings me more joy than seeing a child's confident smile. I love creating a fun, comfortable environment where kids actually enjoy their dental visits. Guiding young patients towards lifelong oral health and watching their bright smiles develop is truly the most rewarding part of my work. It's not just about treating teeth – it's about nurturing happy, healthy smiles that last a lifetime."
